Retail Vitality is all about successful niche products for Retail Pharmacy.
I’ve had 25 years of retail pharmacy experience. Most of the Pharmacies I owned were in high rent, high turnover locations where margin was grossly important.
Just as important was the quest to find new products which could be introduced into the Pharmacy spectrum without discounting the fabric of who we actually are in the marketplace.
There was no better ‘apprenticeship’ than this to become an agent and a supplier to Retail Pharmacy.
Marketing has always interested me. (eg older pharmacists may remember my very successful Z&E Health Bars which were in most Pharmacies and wholesalers throughout Australia.)
Today, my mandate is to bring new products to Pharmacy, ones that were not sold there beforehand.
MY RULES:
Everything about the product supply from Retail Vitality must be as I would want it as a Pharmacy owner.
Each product must represent exceptional value for the end consumer (your customers) and must be so profitable that it deserves premium retail display space.
Its important to me that every sku sells well, that my re-ordering system is dead simple and that the turnaround is efficient and rapid.
Accordingly the product range is tight. You are invited to review the products and like 1,500 other Pharmacies, try them.
SOX&LOX:
Bringing socks to Retail Pharmacy came about after I put them in my stores and observed that they consistently appeared on the POS Top Sellers List.
My supplier is the best in the land and together we provide Risk Reversal.
Simply said, my Risk Reversal Policy states that if after three months you are not delighted with sales, then I will have a courier come and collect the product and we will part as friends.
The risk is ours, not yours.
